LOUISVILLE TOGETHER

This November, Louisville voters will consider two ballot measures that could reshape housing and development in our city.

Vote NO on Measures 300 & 301

Louisville Together, a coalition of all seven City Council members, former mayors, affordable housing advocates, and business leaders is united in opposing Ballot Measures 300 and 301. The Louisville Chamber is also strongly opposed, joining the Downtown Business Association, Flatirons Habitat for Humanity, and Together Colorado in urging a NO vote.

Measure 300 would effectively ban new housing by imposing an unattainable 30% affordability mandate, blocking senior and affordable housing projects and limiting the City’s ability to negotiate better outcomes. Measure 301 would add extreme fees and red tape to new housing and business projects, punishing employers and driving away jobs and investment. Both measures are unanimously opposed by Louisville’s City Council.

MONTH IN REVIEW

Pints in the Park

Pints in the Park 2025 has grown from a beloved Louisville tradition into a regional must-attend festival. Attendance topped 1,000 guests, with Eventbrite data showing attendees traveling from Louisville, Lafayette, Denver, Broomfield, Boulder, Longmont, Erie, and beyond.

Attendees captured the spirit best:

  • “The best brew fest yet — had so much fun with our friends!”

  • “Excellent organization, great community feel, great variety in brewers, outstanding musical performances.”

  • “Pints in the Park is so much more than a beer festival — this is truly an end-of-summer community celebration not to be missed.”

With national powerhouses like Deschutes Brewery, regional award-winners such as Outer Range and Station 26, and local champions like Crystal Springs, Cellar West, and Wibby Brewing, the prestige of the event elevated alongside its size. Coupled with three music stages, expanded food offerings, lawn games, and interactive sponsor activations, 2025 solidified Pints in the Park as a full-scale festival experience.

Event Highlights

  • Attendance: 1,000+ guests (30% increase over 2024)

  • Vendors: 75 (double the previous year)

  • Samples: 150+ beverages  across beer, cider, spirits, cocktails, wine & NA brands

  • Entertainment: 3 stages (Main, Acoustic, Silent Disco) + Bucking Bronco & Mini Golf

GOLF SCRAMBLE 2025

What a day on the course!

Our Golf Networking Event at Colorado National, presented by Ariel IT and sponsored by EBITDA Growth Systems, Rickenbaugh Infiniti, and Sterling Baywas a real hole-in-one.

It came down to the wire with a swingingly close finish for first place (and apparently… no mulligans were used at all!)

Big cheers to our hole sponsors who really teed up the fun — from chipping through a toilet seat, to launching marshmallows, to trying to beat the pro — you kept everyone on par for laughter all day long.

Thanks to all our players, sponsors, and supporters for driving this event’s success. We couldn’t have asked for a better day of networking, sunshine, and birdies both on and off the course!
