Colorado Energy Office Home Electrification Rebate

Rebate: Up to $10,000 for electrification projects

Eligibility: Homes permitted on or before April 30, 2025

Deadline: Submit certificate of occupancy and rebate application by April 30, 2026

Details: Incentives support homeowners who are upgrading to energy-efficient, electric-powered systems such as heat pumps, induction stoves, and electric water heaters.

Xcel Energy Efficiency Incentives

Rebate: Between $7,500 and $37,500, depending on building standards

Eligibility: Homes permitted on or before June 30, 2025

Deadline: Submit certificate of occupancy and rebate application by December 31, 2026

Details: Supports a range of energy-saving building improvements, including high-efficiency insulation, windows, and HVAC systems.
