Tuesday, March 17 @ 12 - 1 p.m. Get ready to tap those toes and feel the rhythm as talented Irish dancers take the floor to perform traditional jigs. Join us for a heart warming and lively St. Patrick’s Day celebration! This festive event promises a delightful blend of Irish traditions, music, and good company. Savor the flavors of Ireland with a St. Patrick’s event menu featuring classics like Corned Beef and Cabbage, and of course Irish Soda Bread! Register by 1:30pm on 3/16 to ensure we order enough food.
Suggested donation $4.75 for those 60+. Cost is $17.50 for anyone under 60 years of age.  Saturday, March 7, 6:30 - 10:30 p.m. Enjoy a classic American musical with a short cultural getaway to see Oklahoma!.  Wednesday, March 11, 4:15 - 10 p.m. Join us for an unforgettable night of laughter with David Nihill, the hilarious Irish comedian, bestselling author, and storytelling expert. Known for blending sharp Irish wit with clever observations about life, travel, and cultural mishaps, David delivers a show that’s as insightful as it is side-splitting.  Tuesday/Thursday, 3/24, 3/26 @ 1 - 2:30 p.m. Isn’t it time to share your story? Instructor Deborah Cameron makes life story writing approachable and fun, using techniques that break memories into manageable parts. Meet twice a week to write, edit, and receive supportive feedback. Tuesdays focus on inspiration and writing from prompts or personal themes; Thursdays include group readings, feedback, and publishing tips. Expect to complete at least one-story draft, and maybe discover you don’t want to stop. |
 Thursdays, 3/5-4/2 (no class 3/19) @ 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. Falls are a leading cause of injury across all demographics. In this class, older adults will learn the principles of falling without injury. After finding center through meditation and Japanese yoga, participants will warm up the body with light core exercises and stretches, then practice safe falling on a forgiving matted surface. Instructor: Randy Thompson, 3rd Degree Black Belt in Akido. |

Resource ProgramsWednesday, March 11 @ 6 - 7:30 p.m. or Thursday, March 19 @ 10 - 11:30 a.m. Medicare Basics Classes, live via Zoom, are designed for anyone wanting to understand Medicare enrollment, plans, benefits, and costs. Our program provides up-to-date, objective information and guidance when comparing and enrolling in Prescription Drug plans (Medicare Part D), Advantage Plans, and information about Supplemental insurance plans (Medigaps). We also provide guidance in the appeal process and information about resources for financial help with Medicare costs. Wednesday, 3/11 @ 1:00 p.m. The Boulder County SHIP (State Health Insurance Assistance Program) Medicare Counselors will be offering in person appointments.
