View as a webpage  /  Share October 28, 2025 Portion of Main Street to be temporarily closed week of Nov. 3 for patio removal Main Street between Walnut and Elm Streets in downtown Louisville will be temporarily closed beginning on Monday, November 3 to allow crews to remove seasonal outdoor dining patios from the Main Street right-of-way. During this work, the intersections at both Spruce and Pine Streets will remain open to traffic. Following the removal of the patios, the street closure will remain in place to allow for minor repairs to the street surface. Barring unforeseen delays, Main Street should fully reopen to traffic by Friday, November 7 at the latest.
