101 S. Taylor: Text message polling and general survey opens on April 10

The City of Louisville is considering the purchase of 101 S. Taylor, a 56,000 square foot building and 7.96 acre property in the Colorado Tech Center. Louisville City Council needs your help! Before deciding whether or not to complete this purchase, Council members want to understand the community’s thoughts so that they can make an informed decision. Check out the FAQ's at EngageLouisvilleCO.gov/101Taylor for all the details.

Polling & survey information

There are two primary ways to submit your feedback starting April 10:

  1. Respond to the general survey. Take the survey at EngageLouisvilleCO.org/101Taylor.
  2. If contacted, respond to our representative survey. The City has contracted with a professional polling firm to poll a demographically representative sample of the community. Select community members will receive an invite via text message to participate in the representative survey. If you have questions about the authenticity of a text message invitation, contact us at PIO@LouisvilleCO.gov. Note: If you participate in the representative survey, you do not need to complete the general survey.

Attend the Open House this Saturday

Join us this Saturday, April 11 from 9:3011:30 a.m. for a Community Open House! This is your opportunity to tour the building and ask questions. Can't make it? There will be another Open House on April 22 from 5:307:30 p.m.

Take a video tour

If you're not able to make it to one of the open houses, we encourage you to watch the virtual walk-through video of the building. This will give you a better understanding of the space.
