Energy Outreach Colorado

Help ensure energy affordability in Colorado & support Energy Outreach Colorado

Energy Outreach Colorado’s (EOC) mission is to ensure that all Coloradans can afford their home energy by addressing the barriers that lead to the persistence of nearly 25% of households struggling with energy insecurity.

EOC’s many programs, including Colorado's Affordable Residential Energy program (CARE), energy bill assistance, and community solar subscriptions, ensure that income-qualified households have the necessary support to afford their home’s energy. The need for EOC’s assistance is significant, and every year EOC sees more requests than can be met due to funding limitations.

Your support allows EOC to help meet current and future demands by stabilizing homes and securing a brighter future for families in need through EOC’s services.
