An ordinance updating the City's accessory dwelling unit regulations to comply with state law (HB24-1152)
An ordinance to establish a Business Assistance Program (BAP) for small businesses and change approval thresholds for BAP agreements
A resolution adopting a revised Community Event Sponsorship Policy, followed by review of applications for July–December 2026 events and approval of awards
An ordinance vacating an access easement located within Redtail Ridge and approving a new access easement
