City Council Meeting agenda preview

Here's a preview of what Council will be discussing on Tuesday:

  • An executive session for the purpose of consultation with respect to pending litigation.
  • A resolution amending the City and Revitalization Commission's 2026 budget to complete budgeted and existing capital projects and Department operational functions and goals.
  • An ordinance updating the Fire Hardening Code to allow Class B Composite Decking to align with the recently adopted Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) code.
  • An ordinance updating the City's accessory dwelling unit regulations to comply with state law (HB24-1152).
  • An ordinance vacating an access easement located within Redtail Ridge and approving a new access easement.
  • An ordinance vacating an easement for a Communications Tower located within Redtail Ridge that is no longer needed.

City Council considers written and oral comments equally. Email comments to Council received by 3 p.m. the date of the meeting will be included in the Council addendum and provided to each council member prior to the meeting. If you prefer to address Council in person, you may attend the meeting either in person or virtually.
