Here's a look at what City Council will be considering this week:
Executive session for the purpose of conducting performance reviews for the Municipal Judge and Prosecuting Attorney, and discussing real property acquisitions and dispositions.
Election of Mayor Pro Tem - City Council elects a Mayor Pro Tem every two years.
Consideration of an ordinance allowing Council to set the salary of the presiding Municipal Judge by resolution followed by a resolution approving an agreement for Municipal Judge services.
A resolution approving a lease agreement with AVID4 Adventure Inc. for lease of city property located at 1501 Empire Rd (former Public Works facility).
A resolution approving the Redtail Ridge Lift Station Planned Unit Development (PUD).
Discussion/direction for the Colorado Wildfire Resiliency Code (state minimum Wildfire Urban Interface code) and City Fire Hardening Code for structures. This includes discussion of adding defensible space landscaping standards to the existing City Fire Hardening Code for Structures.
Presentation and discussion of the 2026 City of Louisville Legislative Agenda.
