City Council opts not to purchase 101 S. Taylor property

At their April 21 meeting, the Louisville City Council voted to discontinue exploring the purchase of 101 South Taylor Avenue after reviewing and discussing the purchase’s fiscal impact.

Input collected during the community engagement window will still be valuable for City Council and staff as we think about future space needs. An overview and key insights from input collected will be available on the project website in the coming weeks.
