City Council Meeting agenda previewTuesday, October 7 | 5 p.m. City Council Chambers 749 Main Street Here's a look at what City Council will be discussing this week: - Executive session for the purpose of consultation with attorneys representing the city with respect to pending litigation and the purpose of real property acquisitions and dispositions concerning properties in Louisville only as to appraisals and other value estimates and strategy.
The following items will start no earlier than 6 p.m.: - A resolution opposing City of Louisville ballot question 300 concerning a citizen initiated ordinance regarding residential rezoning.
- A resolution opposing City of Louisville ballot question 301 concerning a citizen initiated ordinance regarding impact fees.
- Two ordinances regarding Avista Adventist Hospital, approving amendments to general development plans for the ConocoPhillips campus and Avista Adventist Hospital.
- An ordinance approving an amendment to the 2101 N. Courtesy Road general development plan.
- An ordinance adopting the 2024 International Building Code and various other updated international codes and standards.
- An ordinance rezoning Lot 1, Block 3, Jefferson Place subdivision from residential medium density (R-M) to community commercial (C-C).
- A presentation of a concept plan for The Village Shops at Colony Square (1148 W Dillon Road).
