It’s almost time to bundle up for Winter Bike to Work Day! On Friday, February 13, 2026, join Way to Go and thousands of bike commuters and skip a ride in your car for a ride on two wheels instead.
Winter Bike to Work Dayis organized by Way to Go, a program of the Denver Regional Council of Governments(DRCOG), in partnership with eight transportation management associations and other local partners. The event, which takes place on the second Friday of each February, provides a supportive environment for cyclists who choose to ride their bikes in honor of Winter Bike to Work Day.

Pledge to ride your bike in honor of Winter Bike to Work Day and earn the chance to win cool prizes! By pledging to ride, you show your commitment to your own physical and mental health AND to cleaner air for our region.
Feeling inspired? Host a Winter Bike to Work Day station alone or partner with local organizations to create a super station where you can give away breakfast, coffee, water, snacks and swag. Ask your neighboring businesses to get involved or email us for advice on where to set up and who to connect with.
Once you have pledged to ride, start putting together a plan to make the most of your experience. You’ll find warm beverages, breakfast, and giveaways along your way. A map of registered stations is available here.
Commuting Solutions and the City of Westminster are hosting a breakfast station near the pedestrian underpass at the US 36 & Sheridan Station. Pedal by between 7:00-9:00 a.m. and fuel up with complimentary coffee, food, music, swag, and more! This is also a great opportunity to use a Bike-n-Ride shelter to complete your trip along US 36!
