Louisville, we're building you a new City website, but we need your help!

The City's current website dates back to 2017, and over the years, many of you have reported shortcomings and frustrations with the current site. So, we're building a new website from the ground up, based on modern standards and with the goal of making the information easier to find for everyone.

But we can't do it without you! If you can spare 5–10 minutes, please complete this quick exercise. Your participation will help us learn more about how our users look for information and allow us to optimize how content is organized on the new website. You don't need to register, and you can do this from any device. This exercise is open to anyone that uses the City website — residents, business owners and employees, City staff, and visitors — so feel free to share this with anyone you think would be interested. The more input we get, the better!

How it works

You'll be asked to find an item in a menu, and you'll navigate the menu until you find the item you feel matches the request. That's it! There are no right or wrong answers, and if you get stuck and don’t know what to select, you can skip to the next question. This exercise helps us learn where users believe the information should be located so we can better organize content.
