2026 Marketing & AI Summit - Event Recap

Thank you for joining us at the Louisville Chamber AI Summit
Alex Goff helped us imagine how we can take processes that normally require many steps and simplify them using AI tools and automation. He demonstrated not only the time-saving potential of these tools, but also the opportunity to reduce costs and work more efficiently. Alex also highlighted the importance of training AI to reflect your own voice and showed how voice recordings can help personalize and strengthen AI-generated content. We encourage you to revisit his presentation and connect with Alex to explore how these tools could support your business further.
Dale Dixon’s session focused on how trust is often built in the moments when you are not in the room. He shared how BBB Accreditation can help businesses reinforce trust through credibility, visibility, and accountability. He also spoke about the importance of responding thoughtfully to challenging reviews and using those moments as opportunities to build stronger customer relationships. To learn more about the BBB and how they can help elevate your business, we encourage you to connect with Dale and his team.
Amber Hoffman closed out the summit by showing how businesses can improve the way they appear across emerging AI and search platforms. She spoke about the shift from traditional search engine optimization to “search everywhere,” and the importance of maintaining consistent and detailed business listings across platforms. Amber highlighted how tools like Google Business Profiles can do much more when used effectively and explained how consistency across listings can help businesses appear in platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude when consumers search for recommendations and services. You can connect with Amber at FS Agency to learn more, she also has a variety of helpful resources. Be sure to check out her listing below.
We would also like to thank our event partners, the Lafayette Chamber of Commerce and the Latino Chamber of Commerce, along with our sponsors T-Fiber and Elevations Credit Union. Thank you as well to our media partners, the Daily Camera, Hometown Weekly, and Yellow Scene Magazine, for helping us share this event with the broader community.
Finally, Gillian Millar, Executive Director of the Louisville Chamber of Commerce, closed the event with an important reminder that while AI can transform the way we work, it cannot replace community. She encouraged attendees to continue showing up for one another, sharing ideas, building relationships, and staying creative and connected as we navigate this rapidly changing landscape together.
Thank you again for being part of the conversation as businesses continue to navigate this rapidly changing landscape.
