Our fifth annual Fire Station Block Party is coming up this Sunday, June 14! Join us for some old school neighborhood fun in addition to other Louisville favorites including Street Faire and Summer Concerts in the Park.

Sunday, June 14 | 2–5 p.m. | Louisville Fire Station 1, 1240 Main Street

Our fifth annual Fire Station Block Party is now just a few short days away!

Join us and enjoy fresh tunes by Casino Perosi, our favorite arcade bus, and our all new foam party!

The Louisville Chamber of Commerce will also be hosting the first ever Block Party Beer Garden with local brews to pair with your food truck treats.

A big thank you to Marshall Together for their years long sponsorship of this event. We can't wait to spend our Sunday afternoon with the Louisville community!

4th of July Fireworks

Saturday, July 4 | 6–10 p.m. | Coal Creek Golf Course

America's 250th birthday is just around the corner and Louisville will be celebrating in style! Join us at Coal Creek Golf Course for an evening filled with live music, delicious food, family-friendly activities, and a spectacular fireworks display.

(Un)Forgotten by Nosilla Dance Project

Sponsored by the Louisville Arts Grants, Nosilla will bring (Un)Forgotten, their most recent evening-length production, to the Louisville! Join us for two intimate performances and a talk-back with director and choreographer, Alli Jones, after each show. This is your chance to experience dance in an intimate setting, ask questions and get to know our company.

Louisville's Old Time Fiddle Contest is coming back for its second year and the application to participate is open! We invite all local and regional fiddle players to sign up for the contest and the chance to win some fantastic prizes!

We are bringing Movie on Main Street back, and we want YOU to help choose which movie we watch! Be sure to put your vote in by June 29 and then join us for the show on July 30! You choose the movie, we'll get the popcorn. 

Summer Concerts in the Park

Louisville's beloved concert series, Summer Concerts in the Park, is beginning Thursday, June 18 and will continue every Thursday (except July 2) through July 23. We are very excited to reveal our line up for the 2026 season and share that we are back to our regular five concerts! Check it out at the link below!

Find the Pomodoro has Launched!

Louisville's Find the Pomodoro Scavenger Hunt launched last Friday, June 5. Embark on a juicy adventure to find eight hidden tomato-inspired pieces of art tucked away throughout Louisville!

You can participate through our digital scavenger hunt or with our Pomodoro Passport (pick one up at the Louisville Public Library or the Historical Museum). As you uncover each pomodoro, scan the nearby QR code to learn more about the importance of tomatoes and Italian-American heritage in Louisville.

Once you have found all the tomatoes, stop by the Louisville Public Library to pick up a small prize!
