Here's a preview of what Council will be discussing this week:
An ordinance removing 811 Walnut Street from the Old Town overlay and adding it to the boundaries of Downtown Louisville, following a rezoning from Residential Medium Density to Commercial Community that was approved in 2025
An ordinance to establish a Business Assistance Program (BAP) for small businesses and change approval thresholds for BAP agreements
Review of a financial analysis of the City's potential purchase of the 101 South Taylor Avenue property, and potential direction to staff about whether or not to continue exploring the purchase
A resolution approving an amendment to the Louisville Mill Site Redevelopment Planned Unit Development (Grain Elevator property) and approving a Special Review Use for an outdoor eating establishment and mobile food court
A resolution approving a Preservation and Restoration grant and a New Construction grant for the Grain Elevator at 540 County Road
An ordinance which would provide a limited allowance for short-term rentals during and around the Sundance Film Festival, as well as a resolution establishing an application fee and eligible dates for temporary short-term rentals in 2027

Email comments to Council received by 3 p.m. the date of the meeting will be included in the Council addendum and provided to each council member prior to the meeting.
