Louisville City Council has entered into an agreement for the purchase of 101. South Taylor Avenue, a 56,000 square foot building and 7.96 acre property in the Colorado Tech Center. The purchase agreement, approved by City Council on March 3, includes a due diligence period. During this time, the City is gathering input from the community before Council decides whether to complete the purchase. We need your help! City Council would like to understand the community's thoughts on the purchase so they can make an informed decision before the due diligence period closes and purchase is finalized.
