Growing up in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii shave ice has always been my favorite summer treat. After years of visiting family back home and being disappointed that authentic shave ice was nowhere to be found, I decided to bring it to Boulder, Colorado... but with a twist. Our shave ice is all-natural made with 100% pure cane sugar and no artificial flavors or colors. With a commitment to sustainability, we serve our treats in compostable bowls with compostable spoons. We offer traditional flavors like strawberry, cherry, lemon & lime, but we also serve more exotic flavors like yuzu citrus, lilikoi & mango with toppings like raw and toasted coconut, mochi balls, ube, haupia whipped cream and bottoms like azuki beans, vegan coconut, macadamia nut & vanilla ice cream.
