Established by Koelbel in the 90s, the company recently completed a new venture in the thriving complex: a 57,700 square-foot building designed to meet the demand for creative office spaces. Koelbel also partnered with the City of Louisville on a $1.37 million project designed to reconfigure the adjacent Centennial Parkway, making it bicycle- and pedestrian-friendly for tenants and nearby residents.
