TASTE OF LOUISVILLE
Marking the start of summer, this festival celebrates the best of Louisville with a weekend full of community activities.
An exciting celebration showcasing local businesses, food, culture, and entertainment. Enjoy live music, a farmers market voted number 1 in Colorado 2nd year in row, craft market, car show, the Best of Taste awards, and much more!
SUMMERFEST EXHIBITOR APPLICATION
Saturday, June 7th
Location: Main Street, Louisville, CO, 80027
Event Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Exhibitor selection considers business type, membership status, and space limitations. Applicants not selected will be notified at least three weeks prior to the event.
GENERAL EXHIBITORS:
Each exhibitor must host an engaging, interactive carnival game—more than just a prize wheel—to elevate the Taste 2025 experience and must have a Louisville Sales Tax License if you are selling goods.
Chamber Member Booth: $150
Non-Member Booth: $300
FOOD & BEVERAGE EXHIBITORS:
Our team will follow up with you after you submit your exhibitor application to share links for the forms required from Boulder County.
SAMPLES ONLY / NO SALES
Restaurants, Food & Beverage Exhibitors : $50
- Samples must be less than bite-sized / up to 2 oz item.
- Boulder County Temporary Event License is NOT required for food samples.
- Boulder County Food Vendor Verification Form is required. (NO COST)
FOOD & BEVERAGE SALES
Restaurants, Food Trucks, or Exhibitors Selling Food: $50
- Must have a Louisville Sales Tax License, and State of Colorado Sales Tax License.
- Boulder County Food Vendor Verification Form is required. (NO COST)
- Must submit a Boulder County Temporary Event License. ($$)
ADDITIONS
Electricity: $75 (Limited Availability)
A limited number of exhibitors may be allocated electricity.

EVENT SCHEDULE & LOGISTICS:
SET-UP & TEAR-DOWN
- Exhibitor Setup: 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM (Vehicle access ends at 8:00 AM)
- Booth Setup Completion: By 8:30 AM
- Event Duration: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Tear Down: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM (Vehicle access at 2:15 PM / All exhibitors must vacate by 3:00 PM)
LOAD-IN & LOAD-OUT
- Vendors must manage their own supplies and setup.
- The Chamber will not provide equipment or labor for moving exhibitor materials.
- Loading areas will be busy with vehicles, staff, and other exhibitors. Please plan accordingly and bring necessary carts or assistance.
