SUMMERFEST EXHIBITOR APPLICATION

Marking the start of summer, this festival celebrates the best of Louisville with a weekend full of community activities. 

An exciting celebration showcasing local businesses, food, culture, and entertainment. Enjoy live music, a farmers market voted number 1 in Colorado 3 years in row, craft market, car show, the Best of Taste awards, and much more!

Who Should Apply

We welcome applications from:

• Chamber member businesses
• Non-member businesses
• Restaurants and food trucks
• Retail shops
• Service providers
• Community organizations

Space is limited and selection is based on business type and overall event mix. Priority is given to Chamber Members. Interested in joining contact membership@louisvillechamber.com to learn more. 

Booth Investment

Chamber Member Booth: $165
Non-Member Booth: $350

Each exhibitor receives a 10’ x 10’ outdoor booth space on Main Street.

Event Day Timeline

Setup: 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM
Vehicle access ends at 8:00 AM
Booth ready by 8:30 AM

Event: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Tear Down: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Vehicle access begins at 3:15 PM

Food & Beverage Vendors

Bringing food or drinks? We’d love to have you.

All food vendors must submit a Boulder County Food Vendor Verification Form and follow county safety guidelines.

Sampling Only
• Bite-sized samples up to 2 oz
• No temporary event license required

Selling Food or Beverages
• Requires Louisville and State of Colorado sales tax licenses
• Requires a Boulder County Temporary Event License

Power

Electricity is not available. Please plan to operate without power. A limited number of hookups may be available for $75 with advance approval.
