Rebates to Upgrade Your Heating & Cooling Replacing aging HVAC equipment? Heat pumps, which heat and cool using electricity and run 3–4x more efficiently than traditional systems, may qualify for rebates through Boulder County PACE, Xcel Energy, and the City of Louisville (which adds a $5,000 bonus rebate). Both residential and commercial units are eligible. Contact Jenn Dingman, Louisville's PACE rep: jdingman@bouldercounty.gov

Commercial Sustainability Rebate (CSR) Program Louisville businesses can apply for competitive sustainability rebates - five $1,000, three $5,000, and two $10,000 awards - for projects focused on energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation, and more. Applications closed May 1, with awards announced May 18. Visit LouisvilleCO.gov/CSR or email Sustainability@LouisvilleCO.gov

💡 Tip: Heat pump projects can combine HVAC rebates with the CSR program. Reach out to Jenn Dingman to learn how.

MONTH IN REVIEW: MAY

May was filled with networking opportuntiies, celebrations of new businesses, and educational learning. 70+ people came together at our recent AI summit, where speakers Alex Goff, Dale Dixon, and Amber Hoffman shared practical insights on leveraging AI and digital tools for business growth — from streamlining workflows and personalizing AI-generated content, to building customer trust through BBB Accreditation, to optimizing business listings across emerging AI and search platforms.

A big thank you to our event partners - the Lafayette and Latino Chambers of Commerce - and our sponsors T-Fiber and Elevations Credit Union, and media partners Daily Camera/Hometown Weekly and Yellow Scene Magazine for their support.

Ribbon Cutting:

5280 Creative Collective

On May 19th, we came together with the Superior Chamber to celebrate the opening of 5280 Creative Collective- a collection of companies started by a mother and two daughters (including our very own board member, Lyndsey Geiger) that includes: Tot Box5280, Wanderbooth5280, and Popped5280
Check them out at their beautiful space in downtown Superior.

Ribbon Cutting: 1st American Title

Lafayette and Louisville Chambers celebrated First American Title's new location. Check them out at 1025 Cannon St., Ste 1A, Louisville.  Find out more about them HERE.
