Rebates to Upgrade Your Heating & Cooling Replacing aging HVAC equipment? Heat pumps, which heat and cool using electricity and run 3–4x more efficiently than traditional systems, may qualify for rebates through Boulder County PACE, Xcel Energy, and the City of Louisville (which adds a $5,000 bonus rebate). Both residential and commercial units are eligible. Contact Jenn Dingman, Louisville's PACE rep: jdingman@bouldercounty.gov Commercial Sustainability Rebate (CSR) Program Louisville businesses can apply for competitive sustainability rebates - five $1,000, three $5,000, and two $10,000 awards - for projects focused on energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation, and more.
